What areas do you serve?
We are located in South Bend, Indiana, but serve the larger Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan area. Not sure if you are within our travel radius? No worries, give us a call and let’s find out!
What is the cost of your services?
Most of our services are broken down into 2 or 4 hour blocks. These blocks are $75 an hour - making our 2 hour sessions $150 and our 4 hour sessions $300. Please note: these costs do not apply to our commercial cleaning services. Our pricing covers two of our professionally-trained cleaners, travel-time, cleaning time, and all equipment/products used.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No; we do not charge travel fees. Our travel time is wrapped into the cost of our cleaning services for ease and efficiency in the booking process.
Do I need to be home the day
of cleaning?
Some clients prefer to schedule appointments for when they are at work or away for the day, while others prefer to be home during their cleaning. This is completely up to you. If you won’t be there, our team of cleaners simply needs a secure way to entire your space, as well as lock-up when leaving.
What kinds of products do you use?
We are committed to using natural, pet-friendly and kid-friendly cleaning products. We have chosen products that will clean your home to the highest level while also caring for the pets and children that often come in-close contact with the spaces in most need of cleaning.
Do you do property walkthroughs?
Yes, we will happily walkthrough properties, cost-free, if requested. However, we do not offer walkthroughs on your typical residential properties. Walkthroughs are reserved for Move-Out and Commercial cleanings.
